Warranty Coverage
General Warranty for All Akash Products:
- All Akash products come with a two-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. Standard manufacturing defects are covered - misuse or wear & tear is not covered.
How to Make a Warranty Claim?
Contact Us:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at Contact Us portal.
Provide a detailed description of the issue and attach proof of purchase (Receipt or Order confirmation).
Assessment:
- Our team will assess your claim to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or other causes.
Resolution:
If the issue is covered by our warranty:
- Akash DualTemp Water Chillers: For United States residents, you can send it to our service centre in Los Angeles, and we will repair any issues for you. For United Arab Emirates and Australia residents, we will send you the necessary replacement parts with instructions/remote support on how to perform the repairs.
- Akash Cold Plunge Tub: We will send you a new tub if the defect is covered by our warranty and is not due to misuse or accidental damage.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
- Regular wear and tear from normal use.
- Items that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than authorized Akash service personnel.
- Costs associated with the removal, installation, or troubleshooting of the customer’s electrical systems.
- Warranty services provided do not extend the original warranty period.
